Refund policy

This policy applies to paid Intelli Software programmes such as the TUPE & Business Transfer Desk. Website pricing is informational; refunds relate to confirmed paid enrolments.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the open prospectus.

Timeframe for partial refunds

Cancellations received fewer than fourteen days before start, or within the first seven days after start if you have attended no more than one live session, may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of the programme fee paid.

Conditions

Refunds require the original payer details and invoice number. Seat transfers to a colleague in the same organisation are preferred when timelines are tight; transfers must be requested before the second live session.

Non-refundable items

Custom onsite facilitation travel booked at your request, third-party venue fees, and completed Continuity Retainer periods already delivered are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked non-refundable on the invoice remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@intelli-software.digital with subject “Refund request”, your full name, programme name, cohort date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may be used if the original method is unavailable.

Cancellation by Intelli Software

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights under German law apply where relevant for distance contracts with consumers. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Force majeure rescheduling is offered before refunds when delivery remains possible within ninety days.
